I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist and traditional acupuncturist with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and balance in their lives. My journey into the world of holistic wellness began with me seeking therapies to help my own injuries. It then inspired me to retrain and help others on their journey.

As a mobile therapist I offer home visits to avoid the stress and anxiety of making a journey for the treatments you need. I also have a clinic based at Lagom Health and Fitness in Warwick once a week.

• A qualified BTEC Level 5 professional sports and remedial massage therapist. Full member of the Sports Massage Association. Membership no. 23894

• Acupuncture Degree qualified by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board.

• Member of the British Acupuncture Association adhering to their Codes of Safe Practice and Professional conduct. Membership no. 003063.
